BP-1102A

Apollo BP-1102A was used by all Apollo, Soyuz, and Skylab crews for water egress training. BP1102A was loaned on a long term basis to the USS Hornet, which oversaw its restoration. After spending time on display in Hangar Bay 2 of the USS Hornet, it was moved to the Udvar-Hazy Center. It currently sports the Apollo 11 flotation bags and flotation collar used its recovery.
