This booster made five successful flights in 2015 and 2016, being retired after its fifth flight in October 2016. In 2024, Propulsion Module (PM) 4-2, or “Tail 2,” as Blue Origin refers to its second New Shepard booster was installed at National Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C. as part of the new "RTX Living in the Space Age" gallery.
